Old Bananas Make Good Bread

I bet that most know how tastified browned up bananas can be...when you add them to a recipe for banana nut bread! Mmmm! Did you know that the brown parts on old bananas are actually natural sugars that - I suppose - have developed over time? Yeah, that's why they're so sweet! (And why those teeny little knats love 'em, too!)

My boys and I decided to make some this morning for breakfast. We made two whole pans of mini loaf banana bread! Oh MAN - were they good! We make a good team! ;-)

If you'd like the recipe, then just ask. I got it from none other than Martha Stewart.
